Shipping – We shall ship all your orders to the given address within 7 working days. Shipping charges are Rs 100/- for all places within India, we make it free for purchases above Rs 3000/- per address.
A Rs 250/- advance is collected for all COD orders and will be adjusted against the total order value at the time of delivery. If the order is returned to origin (RTO) due to non-acceptance or any customer-related reason, this advance is non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges - Every Coco Oosh piece is thoughtfully crafted with love, care, and attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right or you'd like a different size, we're here to help.
Please WhatsApp us your Order Number, the product you'd like to return, and the reason for the return within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Return Charges -

For returns due to a size change, change of mind, or any reason other than receiving a defective or incorrect product, a reverse shipping fee of Rs 100/- will be deducted.

Any shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

Once we receive the returned product in its original, unused condition with all tags intact, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit, which can be used on a future purchase.
Non-Returnable Items - The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products made to order or customised items
- Sale or discounted products
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items - If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We'll arrange a replacement or resolve the issue at the earliest, at no additional cost to you.
